YOUNGSTOCK BOARDING
Our nutrient rich, pH and vitamin balanced paddocks, along with a tailored SPILLERS feeding program, provide the building blocks for strong and healthy youngstock.
We work very closely with our Farrier C D Powell DipWCF, to ensure regular trims (every 3-4 weeks) continually correct and improve conformation as they grow
SALES PREPARATION
Our high staff to horse ratio and individually tailored Sales Preparation programs ensure that your yearlings get all the attention they need, are happy, healthy and ready to show for clients.
At Piermill we do prefer to spread the standard 12 week prep over 14 to 16 weeks which allows the yearlings more days off during training to relax their minds and muscles. And should a situation arise requiring a yearling to miss a few days training, they will not be rushed or miss out on their overall training needs
CONSIGNMENT
Our low commission, boutique style consignments at most major UK sales ensure that your horse receives the care and attention needed to show themselves at their best, for every client. We only use staff that have worked with your horse prior to the sales to ensure they are happy, relaxed and that their best qualities, including their individual optimum walking speed and stance, as well as any pedigree updates, are well advertised
SPELLING
Piermill Bloodstock is a quiet and tranquil place, perfect for seasonal, short or long term rest post training or race.
With large and small paddocks, caged turnout pens and controlled exercise services available, we can cater to your horse's every need
REHAB
We work closely with vets from NEH and Rossdale & Partners to help tailor rehab programs to a horse's specific needs and our high staff to horse ration ensures that they receive the very best care and attention.

RETIREMENT LIVERY
Piermill Bloodstock also provides assisted and full retirement livery services to Thoroughbred & non Thoroughbred breeds.
With spacious stables, well maintained paddocks, local bridleways, lunge pen and continually updating facilities, Piermill is the perfect place for your horse to enjoy their retirement
TRANSPORT STABLES
Located between the major M11 and A14 roads and just 1 mile from two Hotels, a B&B and a wonderful Gastro Pub, Piermill Bloodstock is perfectly situated to provide a much needed respite for you and your horse during long journeys.
A freshly disinfected stable with rubber floor and deep bed of fluffy wood shavings awaits your tired horse, as well as use of our horse walker, lunge pen and grass turnout cages to stretch their legs if required.
Feed and hay/haylage is provided. Overnight Horsebox & trailer parking is also available.
